Non Warranty Returns
If you're not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition within
30 days of delivery. We'll deduct the prepaid cost of return shipping, as well as a 15% restocking fee, from the refund. After thirty 30 days of delivery, all items purchased through Erozul are non-refundable and all sales are final outside of warranty cases. An RMA number must be provided in order for your return and refund to be processed.
