We will accept any item that’s in its original, brand new and unopened packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. 

We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee and the free shipping costs (only applies to certain, but not all orders).

This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.

FedEx Standard Overnight (place order by 1 PM PST) $48.00 and up (if product is heavy there is an additional surcharge calculated at checkout)

*Next Business Day by 3pm (to most non-rural areas, best guaranteed shipping service, guaranteed services are excluded on the weekends)

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Please be aware that if you are purchasing from us you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage and handling fees. Most international orders encounters delays due to the destination’s customs processing. We are not responsible for these additional fees and will not pay duty charges.

My package is currently stuck in transit and is not moving, what do I do?

My package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, but I do not have it in my possession, what do I do?

Do you have any active promo codes or sales?

We offer many promo codes, from first time customer discounts, to regular codes that we email to our customers. The best way to get regular promo codes is to sign up for our Mailing List.

My Coupon Code isn't working, why not?

Sometimes products are excluded from our promo codes, this typically includes bundles and various other items. The reason for this is because we have already marked down these products at such steep discounts, as well as offering free shipping, we have excluded them from additional savings.
