Payment Questions

We currently accept many secure payment options, including all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon, GPay, ShopPay and Apple Pay. We may accept other payment types in the future.

When an order is made, our system automatically scans your information to protect against fraudulent use of your cards; if we have a reason to suspect fraudulent activity, we will contact you to verify your order. If your purchase is not verified within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled, and payment will not be processed.

Return Policy:

We will accept any item that’s in its original, brand new and unopened packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. 

We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee and the free shipping costs (only applies to certain, but not all orders).

Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). 

This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.

We are so confident our bags will outperform other smell proof solutions, we offer a no hassle warranty covering any defects in craftsmanship!

Non Warranty ReturnsIf you're not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. We'll deduct the prepaid cost of return shipping, as well as a 15% restocking fee, from the refund. After thirty 30 days of delivery, all items purchased through Erozul are non-refundable and all sales are final outside of warranty cases. An RMA number must be provided in order for your return and refund to be processed.

Shipping Questions

Below are the shipping rates and estimated delivery days for shipments.

Our "Free Shipping" generally takes up to 5-7 business days $0.00 (no fee) 

USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 Business Days - $9.00 and up (if product is heavy there is an additional surcharge calculated at checkout)

* USPS transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

FedEx Standard Overnight (place order by 1 PM PST) $48.00 and up (if product is heavy there is an additional surcharge calculated at checkout)

*Next Business Day by 3pm (to most non-rural areas, best guaranteed shipping service, guaranteed services are excluded on the weekends)

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Please be aware that if you are purchasing from us you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage and handling fees. Most international orders encounters delays due to the destination’s customs processing. We are not responsible for these additional fees and will not pay duty charges.

Promo Code Questions

We offer many promo codes, from first time customer discounts, to regular codes that we email to our customers. The best way to get regular promo codes is to sign up for our Mailing List.

You can also Spin the Wheel for additional savings! Please note that some products are excluded from our promotional codes.

Sometimes products are excluded from our promo codes, this typically includes bundles and various other items. The reason for this is because we have already marked down these products at such steep discounts, as well as offering free shipping, we have excluded them from additional savings.
