Erozul business operation and shipping warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (Closed on national U.S.A. holidays and weekends.)
Our Shipping Policy At A Glance:
  • We ship ALL orders within 1-3 business days
  • Most of the time orders processed before 10 AM (PST) usually ships out SAME DAY
  • All shipments leave our facility at 10 AM (PST) so orders placed after 10:01 AM
  • (PST) will ship the next business day
  • All shipments include an email confirmation of a tracking number.
  • There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping

(Please note: There is NO weekend shipping services and any type of expedited or overnight services do not actually ship out until the following business day. Example: If you place an order with us on Friday afternoon, it will reach the shipping carrier Monday morning.)

Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up

PURCHASE POLICY
By purchasing products from erozul.com you certify and agree that you are over 18 years of age and that products purchased from erozul.com are to be used solely by persons over the age of 18. Please note there will be a 18+ Adult Signature required at time of delivery (if applicable).
SHIPPING DELIVERY DETAILS
We strive on same day processing and shipping and most of the time orders
processed before 10 AM (PST) usually ships out SAME DAY. All shipments leave our facility at 10 AM (PST) so orders placed after 10:01 AM (PST) will ship the next business day.
If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method that fits your needs.

ADDRESS CHANGE DETAILS
When placing an order, please confirm your shipping details are correct. In some cases we can make small changes to the shipping address entered, however in most cases we will be unable to alter or change the address entered at the time of purchase. In these cases, we will cancel an order and issue a refund, at which point you can place the order again with the correct information. We do this as a safeguard against fraudulent purchases.
FREE SHIPPING DETAILS
Erozul offers “FOREVER FREE SHIPPING” on any order. Most small items and international orders ship via USPS with either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on your location and the shipping costs involved (at the discretion of our Shipping Department).
Larger orders ship with standard FedEx Home Delivery (or FedEx Ground for non-residential addresses), and USPS Priority Mail, unless you choose to upgrade your shipping method during checkout.
FEDEX ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES:
  • FedEx Ground / Home Delivery — 2 to 5 Business Days (in the continental U.S.)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight — Next Business Day by 3pm (to most non-rural areas)
USPS ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES:
  • USPS First Class Mail — 2 to 6 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 Business Days
  • USPS Express Mail — 1 to 2 Business Days

DELIVERY DELAYS
Once Erozul has handed the package over to USPS or FedEx, it is now their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777
or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.
UNQUALIFIED SHIPPING
  • FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, a physical address must be required.
  • Butane or flammable items must be shipped with FedEx Ground. These items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address or shipped via Air/Express methods.
  • Invalid shipping addresses on our system will not be shipped same day until we contact you to verify the correct shipping address.
We ship all orders with the value of over $200.00 with a Signature Guarantee
Service, which is a signature required upon delivery. It is included with the free shipping module and included with any type of carrier shipping method chosen for any items valued or totaled up to $200. This method is very important for us since any type of non-Signature Guarantee Service assumes the risk of non-deliverable or lost packages.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED AND NEVER RECEIVED
In the event your package has been lost, please file a claim through USPS by calling 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. A package USPS or FedEx has marked as “Delivered” to the shipping address on file will not qualify for reimbursement. If you need us to further investigate the issue please contact us.
DISCREET BILLING & SHIPPING
To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box or padded envelope with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be “Erozul” and will not reference any particular product.
Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is
required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail. In addition, please note that Domestic & International rates subject to change without notice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Please be aware that if you are purchasing from us you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage and handling fees. Most international orders encounters delays due to the destination’s customs processing. We are not responsible for these additional fees and will not pay duty charges.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by customer or are refused will be refunded after arriving back to us. By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase.
